I'm a self-proclaimed chocoholic, and this granola is my love letter to chocolate in its purest form. 

Rene and I have been dreaming up a rich, deeply chocolatey granola for a while now. The catch? It has to hold up year-round -- no chocolate chips that melt in the heat and no compromises.

So we went straight to the source, where chocolate begins: organic cacao powder for that bold, earthy chocolate depth and organic cacao nibs for a little extra crunch and intensity.

After several rounds of test batches, we landed on something we couldn't stop eating.

The result? Chocolate-forward but not overpowering. A satisfying soft crunch with cacao nibs kicking it up a notch. Rich enough to feel indulgent and balanced enough to be your daily go-to.

We've been enjoying it over yogurt, ice cream, or -- for the committed chocoholic -- chocolate pudding topped with fresh raspberries or strawberries (too much chocolate is not something we believe in). It also makes the perfect treat straight out of the bag when a chocolate craving hits.
